2025-2026
On Wednesday, March 25th State Street Elementary held its 7th ARMOR meeting of the 2025-2026 school year. The goal of this meeting, as it is every meeting was to provide a platform for teachers, administration, paraprofessionals, school board members, PTO, outside agencies, and most importantly the students of State Street Elementary a chance to review data and discuss possible interventions. It is also a time to review upcoming events that will have an impact on the school and the community that it serves.
State Street Elementary is nearing the completion of building its Universal Level (Tier 1), which will happen at the end of May. The school is looking forward to building its "Advance Tiers" team. This team will address smaller group (tier 2), and individual (tier 3) needs.
McTeacher Night at the Edwardsville McDonald's was a huge success for State Street ARMOR. Teachers, counselors, and administrators were manning all facets of operations. McDonald's donated 20% of all sales during the fundraiser, bringing in over $700 for State Street ARMOR! We were even featured on WBRE News!
Attendance is one of the most important pieces for a successful school career!
K–5 Elementary
- All students will be required to use clear backpacks again this year.
- Families may purchase their own clear backpacks.
- If needed, a clear backpack will be provided at the start of the school year
